Applications of Single Shaft RDF Shredder

ENERPAT® single shaft shredder is widely used to process various waste materials into refuse-derived fuel (RDF). Some of the main application areas of single shaft RDF shredding machines include:

1.Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Recycling:ENERPAT® single shaft shredder machine is used to process and reduce the size of municipal solid waste such as plastics, paper, textiles, and other combustibles to produce RDF for cement kilns or power plants.

2.Industrial Waste Recycling:Our RDF shredding machine can process a variety of industrial waste materials including plastic pipes, ropes, bags, leather, and textile waste to generate RDF for industrial applications.

3.Plastic Recycling:Single shaft plastic shredders can effectively shred and process waste plastics such as PP woven bags, PET bottles, and plastic flakes into RDF.
