ENERPAT® Metal Chip Briquetter

As the core equipment of scrap metal chip solution, the Metal Chip Briquetter is also known as Metal Briquetting Press, Metal Briquetting Machine, Scrap Metal Puck Machine. The main function of the scrap metal briquetter is to use hydraulic pressure to compress loose metal scraps into cylindrical briquettes. This method reduces the volume of metal scrap by up to 90%, minimizing waste and making storage and transportation more efficient. In addition, the briquetting production process can also extract cutting oil and lubricants, thereby further saving costs.

As is known to all, metal chips are waste resources, and are produced in large quantities in machining production engineering, accounting for about 20% of metal castings and up to about 30%. The composition of metal chips is pure, and the content is much higher than that of any ore. They can generally only be treated as waste, yet have great recycling value. The self-recycling of metal chips is more significant especially for various alloy casting enterprises.
