01Disassembled Shredding Chamber
Shredding Chamber can be disassembled,and the main shaft can be disassembled after removing the installation plates of its two sides.
The shredding chamber been overall processing,it can make sure the concentricity of the main shaft and bearings,which can extend the service life of bearings and gearbox.
02Heavy Duty Planetary Gearbox
Equipped with ribbed plate steel casting gearbox body.
The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, and the surface is hardened by carburizing and quenching.
The gears been fine processing,stable transmission,low noise and high carrying capacity.
03Disassemble Blades
Disassembled blade design can shorten the blade replacement time greatly.
A complete blade combined by three parts.
The worn blade can be replaced by loosening the locking bolts conveniently.
