The pocket coils been sent to a double-shaft shredder via a rubber conveyor belt and shredded to pieces smaller than 50x300mm. The shredded materials (50x300mm) then been transported by a rubber conveyor belt to the steel wire separator for further shredding to below 40mm.
The finely shredded materials are conveyed by a conveyor belt to ensure even distribution through a magnetic separator. The magnetic separator separates spring steel (which contains fragments of cloth and sponge) from the mixture. The separated materials then undergo Z-type sorting, where most of the cloth and sponge fragments are removed under negative pressure, resulting in high-purity spring steel.
The dust removal system collects dust from areas with significant dust generation along the entire line and removes impurities from the spring steel at the Z-type sorting stage.
