01High crushing efficiency:
This four-axis tire recycling machine works through four rotating axes at the same time, with sharp blades, to achieve effective and rapid crushing of materials such as tires. This design greatly improves crushing efficiency and reduces processing time.
02Controllable discharge size:
ENERPAT® tire shredding machine is equipped with a screen, and the screen can be customized. After the material is cut once, the material with a particle size smaller than the screen hole will be discharged from the mesh hole, and the material with a size larger than the mesh hole will be directed back to the crushing box for secondary cutting, and so on, until the material can be discharged from the screen hole. This design ensures the uniformity and controllability of the discharge size.
