Single Shaft Shredder

MSA-F Series Single Shaft Shredders are small to medium size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a uniform particle size. The products can often be sold as is, or be sent for further processing through additional equipment. Throughputs typically range between300kg/hr –5,000kg/hr+ depending on the model, material type and application.

Two Shafts Shredder

MSB-E Series Two Shafts Shredders are small to large size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a smaller size. The products can often be sold as is, or be sent for further processing through additional equipment.

Four Shafts Shredder

Four shaft shredders, or name it quad shredders, are perfectly suitable for scrap size reduction applications such as e-waste, rubber tire recycling, RDF production, and contaminated materials where uniformed medium particle size is desired. The four shaft shredders are very robust and built to sustain tough operating conditions without problem.

Granulator

GM series Granulator designed for shredding waste plastic,cables,rubbers,electric waste etc,normally it been put after the Single Shaft Shredder or Two Shafts Shredder as the secondary shredder. It is mainly composed of rotor knives,counter knives,shredding chamber,machinery supports,feeding conveyor,motor,gearbox and electric system. Hard metals can not enter the shredding chamber when it is working.
