Solution Background

Bulky waste mainly includes: waste furniture (such as sofas, cabinets, beds) and all kinds of waste household appliances (such as washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators) that are generated in daily life of residents, are large in volume and strong in integrity, and need to be disassembled and reused; garden greening garbage such as branches generated by residential communities and urban greening maintenance operations.

Units and individuals that produce bulky waste shall put it into designated stacking places. The person responsible for the management of bulky waste discharge shall hand over the bulky waste generated within the scope of his management to the city appearance and environmental sanitation operation service units that meet the regulations for clearing and transportation. Then bulky waste is transported in a centralized and standardized manner to the bulky waste transfer and sorting ground, and after manual sorting and machine crushing, transported to the incineration plant for power generation and resource utilization. In this scheme, the bulky waste collected by the city appearance and environmental sanitation service units to the bulky waste disposal site is dismantled through equipment, the recyclable parts are collected and reused, heavy metals and toxic substances are treated harmlessly, the city appearance and environment are beautified, and resources are regenerated.
