The process includes frame disassembly, glass separation, material shredding, screening and sorting, dust extraction, purification, and intelligent control.
This recycling line achieves an aluminum recovery rate close to 99% with a purity exceeding 98%. With a processing capacity of 1.5 tons per hour, it can recover nearly 1.485 tons of high-purity aluminum. The glass recovery rate ranges from 85% to 95%, with a purity of over 90%. The copper recovery rate and purity both exceed 95%, allowing for the recovery of over 0.03 tons of copper per hour. The plastic powder recovery rate is excellent and can be used to produce new plastic products, while the silicon recovery rate reaches 95%, containing approximately 45% silicon. These figures demonstrate the significant efficiency of this recycling line in recovering and reusing resources such as aluminum, glass, copper, plastic, and silicon.
