Solution Background

Generally speaking, industrial waste refers to the solid waste discharged in the production process of machinery, light industry and other industries. At present, the annual output of industrial solid waste in China has exceeded 1.3 billion tons, including a large number of waste paper products, waste plastics, rags, various textiles, waste crusher, broken leather products, waste wood and other high-calorific waste.

On the one hand, the composition of materials is complex and diverse, and most of them have the properties of high strength and toughness, so the pre-disposal is difficult, especially the difficulty of crushing disposal, so a large part of solid waste with high calorific value is land-filled, causing a waste of resources; on the other hand, once the solid waste high calorific value is pre-treated to an appropriate particle size, it is high-quality "alternative fuels (SRF/RDF)".
